Sandra Hill brings a sense of intense grief to Mordr, which immediately has us wanting to hug him and give him comfort in his loss of his darlings, Kata and Jomar, but which also helps us understand his Sin of Wrath. His grief for them is so strong he carries it even as he tries to deal with the five Jessup children – touching them, especially little Linda, makes him feel faint. Yes, faint.

KISS OF WRATH by Sandra Hill is a wonderful addition to the Deadly Angels series featuring the sexiest Vangels, or Vampire Angels, to grace the pages of a book series. Even with the angst of grief, the fear of children in danger, and Mordr’s Sin of Wrath, which he uses to battle the Lucipires or demon vampires, Sandra gives us humor and levity to offset the touchingly sad aspects of Mordr Sigurdsson’s story. The cast of characters in this Deadly Angels novel goes beyond the usual and even the unusual. The children are the funniest, most annoying, delightful, and lovable kids ever and it’s not difficult to understand how both Miranda and Mordr fall head over heels in love with them all.

I highly recommend KISS OF WRATH, book four of the Deadly Angels series by Sandra Hill to all who love paranormal, to all who are fans of Lynsay Sand’s Argeneau series, and to anyone who hasn’t dipped their toes into the world of the slightly fantastic but still true to life reality, created by this talented author. I just received 4 of the 5 books that i ordered. I was a little worried buying a couple that were used. They came and look like brand new! The stories are great! Now I have to decide which one to read first!!!
gGreat book, great series. i enjoyed reading this book..The story line was well written with good characters..this book was with a lot of sense of humor and heart breaking for the past of the Sexy Viking Vampire calledVangel but the character's name is Mordr the berseker.this story was very emotional due to the past.You will find action,steamy scene,romance,humor, and more.I was captivated by this series and cant wait for the next.....so keep them coming
This is the 4th installment of 7. It was really good...polished it off in one day. I notice when there is a series of books....the story lines can drag out. I love Sandra Hill's book..perhaps because of the Viking factor. The 1st book in this series was good but but not great. I personally loved books 2,3,& 4... So far. Each story takes place In a different city across the US and I love the fact that there's always reoccurring characters and even cross over from her other series. Hilarious, sarcastic, and a great read.
All her books r great have read the whole series. This is the latest and really good. They r known as vangels. Vampire angels which I know sounds funny, but hey they r what they r lol.. In this one Mordr, a Viking vampire who was punished a long time ago for causing lots of wrath. ( book tittle )). Anyway he has been made for century's and is still mad. He meets Miranda and his world is turned upside down. But he does like modern day Las Vegas where he can fight the demon vampires. Good book but have to say all of hers has been..
Sandra knocked herself out on this one. This is both heart-breaking and hilarious. The incidents of abuse (and how the characters are affected by it) are rather gut wrenching. Read it, get through it. The humor WILL make you laugh long and hard enough for your friends and family to eject you from your shared living areas. Don't try to explain it to them. This is a warm romance as well. There is a lot interaction with many different characters. They all contribute to the story quite nicely. This makes the pace pretty quick. In my humble opinion, this rates as the most enjoyable of Ms.Hill's work that I have had the pleasure of reading so far, and I have read MANY of her books. You can read them out of order, but for best results, read the other "KISS OF" 's first. This is #4. I really can't wait for the next one or three, or more, what ever. Please keep them coming.

I love these Viking/Vampire/Angels and this book touched me more than the others. I loved Mordr’s tragic past and how Michael sends him to the one place that will test his control. Miranda and the children’s story was also touching and fun at the same time. They made a great couple and the romance was nice and steaming. This book had be laughing and then tearing up through the whole thing and I loved it. The VIK once again had me in stitches when they got together and as always, they were more than up for the danger surrounding them. A good read that will stick with me for a bit. I highly recommend this book and this series for paranormal lovers.
